Our first meeting is a chance for me to get to know your pet and your expectations.  Taking the time to introduce your pet to me  is the foundation for establishing a positive relationship. Together we’ll talk about your pet’s personality and needs.  We will discuss your pet’s health and what we can do to support it. Then together, we’ll create a schedule that will work for you and your pet so that you have a happy home.

Full payment for services is due 7 days before SERVICE begins for all customers. 

We carefully schedule our time to serve you and our other clients.  Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes to pet care.

We are committed to providing the utmost quality service for cats.  We believe that cats are best off when left in the comfort and safety of their own home.  After all, cats are homebodies.  We do our absolute best to keep their routine as consistent as possible in order to reduce boredom & stress.  We understand every cat is different, rest assured that our visits are 100% customized to meet our feline friend’s needs.

Dog Walking, 20-30 minutes per visit.

A walking 'sniffari' for your dog - age appropriate and always provide with a generous amount of TLC.  

Give your dog a break from a long day at home with walking and playtime!  Much like us hoomans, dogs need regular & consistent exercise to live a balanced, healthy, and happy life.  That’s where we come in.

Breakfast, one mid-day, dinner/one hour evening visit.

"Bed & Biscuit" Pet Sitting service provides your pets with an extended hour evening visit in your home as well as breakfast and a mid-day visit.  You can breathe a sigh of relief because your pet will get to maintain their normal routine of feeding, playtime, and exercise in the safety and comfort of your household.

Overnight with daily visits included, up to 5 pets 10 pm - 6 am 

Overnight in your home: 

with 2 daytime visits  $250

with 3 daytime visits $285 

Professional overnight pet sitting at your home.  This is a great alternative to boarding; keeping your pet happy & stress free in the comfort of their environment.  The fact of the matter is that some pets just do better at home & we understand that.  

Due to the exclusive nature of overnight bookings, our pet sitters must decline all requests for overnights that coincide with the dates you have booked. 

Therefore, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit and a 30 day cancellation for ALL overnight pet sitting visits NO EXCEPTIONS.

When the owners are away, the pups will PLAY!  Sleepover Rover K9 Camp include personalized, full attention overnight boarding with photographs. Your dog receives calming music, therapeutic-grade lavender and chamomile essential oils scented environment scientifically proven to calm and soothe pets.  We offer pets a plethora of new Kong and tug toys, to enrich their environment. A lot of physical and mental exercise and challenges to keep them stimulated, balanced and fulfilled.

We are dedicated to making your life easier with less stress, which is why we offer a variety of concierge services.  We can all use a helping hand in this busy world we all live in.  

• Litter Box Cleaning & Sanitizing 
• Toy Washing & Sanitizing Hard chew toys are soaked in a solution of 50% hot water and 50% vinegar. They are then scrubbed to remove any stubborn debris.

  Plant feeding, trimming, pruning and, re-soil of house plants, if needed.

We know how busy you are and we have have received so many calls for a pick and drop off service for pets that we decided this would be another great service for us to offer you.  

If you need to take your pet to the vet or to a grooming appointment, but can’t fit it in to your schedule, let us do it for you. 

Minimum Visit

All dogs will be visited no less than every 12 hours, although recommended three times a day.

All cats will be visited no less than once every 24 hours but strongly recommended every 12 hours.  No exceptions will be made.  This is for their safety.

We do not do every-other-day visits or any pet sitting for cats other than daily visits.

We require that you notify us if there is ever a possibility that other individuals will be in your home during any time period when your pet is in our care.  We take the care and safety of your pet and home very seriously and will contact the police if we feel your home safety has been violated.  Additionally, if others are given access to your home it will compromise certain areas of our insurance policies. 

Please be sure to always update your emergency contact information and make sure we have a trusted neighbors phone number on file. You may do so by logging into the online system.
