Time to Pet is an all-in-one software that allows our clients to request services and view all pet information directly from a Client App on a smartphone/tablet, or from within a Client Portal that can be accessed via a computer or laptop. Clients also get real-time updates and visit report cards after each visit is completed, have the ability to communicate with Leader of the Pak through personal chat feed, and can easily update their pet details and routine at any time.

Meet & Greet

Our first meeting is a chance for me to get to know your pet and your expectations. Taking the time to introduce your pet to me is the foundation for establishing a positive relationship. Together we’ll talk about your pet’s personality and needs. We will discuss your pet’s health and what we can do to support it. Then together, we’ll create a schedule that will work for you and your pet so that you have a happy home.
We do not charge for:

- Tender love and care (FREE)
- Medication administration
- Special needs pets
- Daily picture/text updates
- Sophisticated online scheduling/profile system
- Brushing your dog or cat
- Extra attention and play time
- Watering your plants
- Bringing in your mail and papers
- Initial Consultation
- Pet accidents and clean-up
Payments / Cancellations
Full payment for services is due on the FIRST DAY of SERVICE for all customers.
We carefully schedule our time to serve you and our other clients. Therefore, there are no refunds or credits for early returns or last-minute changes to pet care.

Minimum Visit
Minimum Visit
All dogs will be visited no less than every 12 hours, although recommended three times a day.
All cats will be visited no less than once every 24 hours but strongly recommended every 12 hours. No exceptions will be made. This is for their safety.
We do not do every-other-day visits or any pet sitting for cats other than daily visits.
Shared Responsibilities or Others With Access To Home
We require that you notify us if there is ever a possibility that other individuals will be in your home during any time period when your pet is in our care. We take the care and safety of your pet and home very seriously and will contact the police if we feel your home safety has been violated. Additionally, if others are given access to your home it will compromise certain areas of our insurance policies.
Emergency Contact Information
Please be sure to always update your emergency contact information and make sure we have a trusted neighbors phone number on file. You may do so by logging into the online system.
